Framing
Think of what the camera sees as a picture frame - a frame four units wide and three units deep. Try to let the action happen within your frame - rather than chasing it around.
Try not to be like the tourist who constantly zooms in and out while waving the camera back and forth and up and down. Gravol, anyone?
Don't give too much space above the heads.

2. Don't chop off arms.
3. Don't grow plants out of people's heads.
